Privacy Policy – Apps & Games by TQuality BV
Our apps and games do not collect personal data: everything you enter stays on your own device.

This privacy policy applies to all apps and games published by TQuality BV on the Apple App Store, including I NEED WATER. TQuality BV is responsible for the processing of data as described below.

What data we collect
We do not collect, store or sell any personal data. Our apps work without an account, registration or login.
- Local data: what you enter in an app (e.g. how much water you drink, your daily goal or your progress in a game) is stored only on your iPhone or Apple Watch. We have no access to it.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): with your permission, some apps such as I NEED WATER can read from or write to Apple Health (e.g. water intake). This data stays on your device, is never sent to us or third parties, and is never used for advertising or marketing. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in your iOS settings.
Purchases, advertising and third parties
- In-app purchases: payments are handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details, name or email address. Apple only tells us whether a purchase is valid. See Apple's privacy policy.
- No tracking or ads: our apps contain no advertising, no third-party analytics, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Crash reports: if you allowed this in iOS, Apple shares anonymous crash and usage statistics with us through App Store Connect. These contain no data that identifies you.
- Third parties: we do not share or sell any data to third parties.
Children
Our apps and games are suitable for all ages and do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Since we store no personal data, all your data stays with you: deleting the app also removes its locally stored data. Data in Apple Health is managed by you on your device.
If you have a complaint, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If an app ever starts collecting data, we will update this policy beforehand. The date at the top shows the last change.
